Adding some skirting to a house

This last week we were blessed with an opportunity to add some skirting to a customer's house.

We started out by running some J trim under the last piece of trim running around the bottom of the siding.


Then we ran a board near the bottom of the skirting to give it rigidity, after that it was just a matter of cutting and screwing on the max rib sheet metal.

Here it is all done.. no more cold air blowing under the house... or raccoons making nests.
